open[openSUSEway] Request to create matrix room & telegram bridge

Description
I was discussing with @fbonazzi about having a openSUSEway room on our matrix space & also bridge it to telegram.
This facilitates the matrix users who are not on telegram to participate in the project.

- A new matrix room for openSUSEway
- Add the matrix room to our openSUSE matrix space

How much of this is stuff that I could do myself?
The only channel we have so far (for historical reasons) is on Telegram https://t.me/openSUSEway

For the bridge with telegram, I will need you to add @openSUSEMatrixBot on telegram to your channel, and get the value from /id command

I did that, but the bot does not show up in the channel members. Does someone need to accept an invite on the bot end?
Maybe I'm confused, but how do I see this on chat.o.o?

It should join automatically, the bot doesn't have any capabilities to manage invites on our side
