closed[tools][sprint 201712.2] Allow same group name within different parent groups
Description
This is a request for following example:
SLE Server 12 SP3
Migration: Server
SLE Milestone
Migration: Server
Create 2 job groups with same name (one for daily build and another for milestone build), and separately attach them to different parent groups.
Because these 2 job groups do same tests, we want to use same name to keep them tidy and convention.
I suppose to add a sub-name in job group properties to differentiate them?
