https://gitlab.suse.de/openqa/salt-states-openqa/-/merge_requests/1380 tried to go back to a non-socket-activated libvirtd service. Unfortunately openSUSE/upstream has LIBVIRTD_ARGS="--timeout 120" set by default. To not further mess around with rather critical system dependencies, I already enabled all sockets again last Friday which make tests properly work again.
I've created https://gitlab.suse.de/openqa/salt-states-openqa/-/merge_requests/1392 to reflect this in salt.
