closedworkers appear as Dead on webui while they are running

Description
I see the workers as Status: Dead, Connected: Online on the webui but the service is running.
The logs for worker 1 show nothing about it being dead.

If I restart the service, it stays Idle in the webui for a while and becomes Dead again, without any change in the actual service. The only change is in the Webui.

- Status changed from New to Resolved
the dead state was dropped - it's only one column now
