After the new WSL pop-up, it seems that yast-firstboot is not launched automatically as previously.

The prompt suggests to launch it manually with command: wsl.exe -d SUSE-Linux-Enterprise-15-SP5'

The welcome_to_wsl pop-up shows up at different staged depending on the type of WSL installation.

I will gather here relevant information for each case:
Installing from msstore --> pop-up can be closed in install_wsl after wsl --install command. https://openqa.suse.de/tests/16727710 Here popup is eliminated, but new yast seems to appear.
wsl2-main+skip_reg --> pop-up can be closed after firstrun exits the console. https://openqa.suse.de/tests/16741180

As @etchubykalo is on holiday I've taken this issue.

I've seen that it mainly fails at the beginning of wsl_cmd_check and enable_systemd modules so I created a new PR for it:

We are adding a timeout to installation from msstore which should move it forward.
