Description
Create a new test scenario that tests combustion with full disk encryption

There were 2 failing test suites in Factory, due to missing test suite environmental variables (GUI tests were loaded) and due to ENCRYPT=1 defined in sdboot medium (wait_boot was expecting password encryption prompt).
