Description

Motivation

There is an RFC for formatting errors in HTTP responses as JSON in a standard format https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc9457.txt .

It also registers an application/problem+json mime type.

We can review our use of JSON error messages and crosscheck with the RFC
