Description

If you choose to sort build by "Sort by time job most recently created" you might get with such picture 

 Build:34926:glibc (3 months ago)
 Build:36967:kernel-ec2 (9 days ago)
 15-SP6-Build:36944:cloud-init (6 days ago)
 15-SP5-Build:36944:cloud-init (6 days ago)
 15-SP6-Build:37143:google-guest-configs (about 13 hours ago)
 Build:37141:google-guest-configs (about 13 hours ago)

this happens because text "(3 months ago)" is generated based on oldest job while sorting is happens by youngest .

Acceptance Criteria

  • build execution text should always be generated based on youngest job so when someone restart job in old build this would be visible
