cvdupdate was not present on osd
I installed it via pip https://github.com/Cisco-Talos/cvdupdate
AFAIK there is no other option
created directory /var/lib/openqa/factory/repo/cvd because that was also for some reason deleted
Not sure if this is needed, but run as user cvdupdate cvd config set --dbdir /var/lib/openqa/factory/repo/cvd/
