openqa UI seems can not handle known issue for move_pages04
1) https://progress.opensuse.org/issues/168685#note-8 show openqa put ticket status from resolved to feedback, but this failure already added into
known list, see https://gitlab.suse.de/qa-maintenance/metadata/-/blob/master/known_issues/ltp.yaml?ref_type=heads#L1648
2) Even it flag as sle16.0 known issue but it still show failure in sle16.0 openqa test job group:
