Motivation¶

As the team has grown and initial onboarding is finished for all current members we have more team members trying to pick up tasks and work on them by now. This led to multiple occassions where our WIP limit for "In Progress" tickets was exceeded. We should consider to increase the limit or find other means to prevent recurringly exceeding the limit.
