Description
Motivation¶
The team roster was explicitly mentioned as potentially unwanted leaking personal information so we need to make an explicit choice
Acceptance criteria¶
Suggestions¶
- Ask the team, i.e. all team members, what they prefer, clear names, only github handles, nothing, etc.
- Document the agreement and it should be clear that there was a consensus based decision for whatever we decide
Files
- Parent task changed from #168448 to #166592

hi, for https://progress.opensuse.org/issues/173644 "Reconsider public team member team roster on https://progress.opensuse.org/projects/qa/wiki/tools#Team" I would like to ask you first about your general assessment how you feel about listing every team member on a public place. Would you prefer if we only list aliases like github handles or should we not list the team roster on a public space at all? And third, I would like to ask you to please give an explicit reaction as binding choice if you think we should keep it as-is, any other vote will mean that I will change or remove the public team roster :white_check_mark: if you agree, :no_entry: if you want the public team roster to move to a private place, :github: if you want it to stay but use github handles only, other alternative suggestions please in chat. Again to clarify: Unless there are 11 :white_check_mark: for the 11 current team members I will ensure to change the team roster
- Subject changed from Reconsider public team member team roster on https://progress.opensuse.org/projects/qa/wiki/tools#Team to Reconsider public team member team roster on https://progress.opensuse.org/projects/qa/wiki/tools#Team size:S
- Description updated (diff)
