I increased timeout in nmcli device disconnect $dev from 20s to 40s, it seems to be working now:

You can see the test is running nmcli only with get_var('QEMU_NO_KVM'), you had just lucky run, your PR does not affect it at all.

Removed the condition 'QEMU_NO_KVM' and increased timeout to 60s for nmcli device disconnect $dev

Yes please do the same for micro.

Also increased timeout in nmcli networking connectivity check (see https://openqa.suse.de/tests/15948000#step/hostname/28)
Added missing parameter proceed_on_failure to allow retry.
