Motivation

As follow-up of #166586 let's have automation also for the other more used desktop.
Add to tumbleweed and Leap openQA job groups.

Acceptance criteria
  • AC1: Enable interactive KDE installation with Agama.
  • AC2: Fix other small issues that you find to reach the point where you can develop.
