Description

Observation

The perl_bootloader tests needs some adjustments to allow the rename of the perl-Bootloader package to update-bootloader in Tumbleweed.

The're both right now staged at https://build.opensuse.org/staging_workflows/openSUSE:Factory/staging_projects/openSUSE:Factory:Staging:F
and you can see the failures at

https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/4422553#step/perl_bootloader/24

Expected result

We'll have both packages for some time Tumbleweed with the new package name update-bootloader and Leap with the old name.
