Description

After creating a new needle on the web UI I checked GitHub to make sure that it gets pushed properly,
but got greeted with a "4 days ago" age on the HEAD commit. On o3 I see that the new needles are there in the repo, but untracked:

nichts zum Commit vorgemerkt, aber es gibt unversionierte Dateien
(benutzen Sie "git add" zum Versionieren)

For now I created a commit and pushed that locally, but I doubt that the issue is fixed.
