potentially, the test is 'just' racy - and it detects the 'installing' needle before it is aware of the confirmation dialog

  • Status changed from New to Rejected

The cause was an invalid "discover-installing" needle which matched before it actually started installing. I deleted it. It needs to include a package progress bar.
