openMatrix Channel

Description
Hi admin team,
I would like to create a new Matrix channel for the new COSMIC Desktop
Environment. It is still not in Factory, but I am working on it.

PS: I don't know if this is a bug or not, but I and other people are
able to create channels without approval. (I had once a discussion with
Hellcp, and he mentioned that it was disabled). (there are some channels
lingering around, which imo shouldn't be on the openSUSE server)

- Assignee set to hellcp
- Private changed from Yes to No

Seems that somebody used #cosmic:opensuse.org already and I can't join the channel. As I don't currently have any access to the backend part of matrix I can't deal with that, so it's delayed until I am back home. Feel free to create a new ticket for the PS part, I will have a look at that too at some point

Yeah, i think that was me when i was talking with hellcp and was testing if i could actually create a channel (as the button wasn't greyed out)
