Observation

From https://suse.slack.com/archives/C02CANHLANP/p1715868368182629 (no need to go there) we found that https://gitlab.suse.de/openqa/os-autoinst-needles-opensuse-mirror failed to update since 2024-03. On https://gitlab.suse.de/openqa/os-autoinst-needles-opensuse-mirror/-/pipeline_schedules mirroring is failing and disabled.

Acceptance criteria

  • AC1: nedles are up-to-date again
  • AC2: We are monitoring the pipeline execution

Added email notifications for osd-admins, updated the notification mailing list, fixed the mirroring via https://gitlab.suse.de/openqa/os-autoinst-needles-opensuse-mirror/-/commit/cfe1c9af65c70a82732ba87756847175f06df51e and reenabled the schedule.
