The qcow sle-15-SP6-x86_64-88.1-textmode-yast@svirt-xen-hvm.qcow2 should generated from create_hdd_textmode_yast@svirt-xen-hvm which not existed so need add the test on svirt-xen-hvm.
The DESKTOP should be set for create_hdd_textmode_yast@64bits so that won't publish a wrong qcow.

- AC1: Add DESKTOP to create_hdd_textmode_yast@64bits and add test on svirt-xen-hvm.

As we can use function team generated qcow image until we finally break all those dependencies in future tickets.

We still need to create this qcow in Yam group later, so we shouldn't simple reject this ticket. I will add this requirement in ticket 160120 to avoid missing later.
