Motivation

It is not as expected for us to add/remove the module for beta popup (access_beta_distribution) from yaml schedule files, we'd better to find a way to make this conditional for a clear exception in design.

  • AC1 : Make conditional the beta popup expectation in a way that is a clear exception in design.

I would like to wait for the unification of YAML files to be completed to work on this, so we can count the places where we change this to design this feature.
