Observation

kontact is only built on specific architectures - openQA needs to take this into account and only test on the same arcs.
The spec file contains:

It can only build on the same platforms as Qt Webengine

ExclusiveArch: x86_64 %x86_64 aarch64 riscv64

openQA test in scenario opensuse-Tumbleweed-LegacyX86-DVD-i586-kde@32bit fails in
kontact

Test suite description

TIMEOUT_SCALE property is added to avoid sporadic shutdown fails in kde@USBboot_64 scenario.
