Observation

According to the khelpcenter spec file, this only is being built on:
ExclusiveArch: x86_64 aarch64 riscv64

The test should thus be loaded in sync with this only on the architectures that even have this package.

openQA test in scenario opensuse-Tumbleweed-LegacyX86-DVD-i586-kde@32bit fails in
khelpcenter

Test suite description

TIMEOUT_SCALE property is added to avoid sporadic shutdown fails in kde@USBboot_64 scenario.
