P.S.: In case it is helpful in the future,`whois <IPv6 address> usually gives a hint if IPv6 address space (and the relevant reverse DNS) is maintained by SUSE IT or openSUSE Heroes. With IPv4 it's not so obvious, those are always listed with SUSE regardless of the delegation, but one can dig -x <IPv4 address> and see if it returns a CNAME.
