Motivation

After #157159 it would make sense to apply the same approach to the needle editor so it is also aware of the version of the needles the current test actually ran on.

Acceptance criteria

  • AC1: The needle editor allows to create needles based on images and areas of the needle version the current test actually ran on.
  • AC2: The needle editor still allows to created needles based on the latest version of images and areas.

Suggestions

  • See what was implemented for the "diff view" in #157159 and apply the same approach to the needle editor.

Out of scope

  • Allow saving needles to arbitrary repositories (specified via CASEDIR/NEEDLES_DIR). It is still ok if needles can only be saved to repositories within$OPENQA_BASEDIR/openqa/share/tests` for the sake of this ticket.
