Account is active and has the email address properly populated and verified in the IDP system.
Pagure server reports the following:

Hi,
we identified an issue causing this situation when a differently capitalized username is passed. Please try to authenticate using the same capitalization as used when having logged in to code.opensuse.org for the first time - that is opendreas, all lowercase letters.
Let me know if this works.
