Description

https://openqa.suse.de/tests/overview?build=20240227-1&version=12-SP5&distri=sle&groupid=417 shows two podman tests in the podman_tests test run. But on 12-SP5 there is no podman, so those tests shouldn't exists.

We need to figure out why they are there and remove them.

Also kubectl tests are there, but shouldn't. See e.g. https://openqa.suse.de/tests/overview?distri=sle&version=12-SP5&build=20240225-1&groupid=417
