Description
Motivation¶
Some migration cases are blocked by [bsc#1220091], based on the comments in the bug report, add a workaround to avoid the conflict: before migration, remove the libopenssl-1_1-devel package by zypper.

This issue happens on both offline migration and online migration cases, need to take care of both of them.
Acceptance criteria¶
AC1 : Before migration, check whether libopenssl-1_1-devel is installed, if yes, remove it by "zypper rm"

- This case ran
Result: failed, finished a day ago (36:28 minutes)and fix was not applied. - now rerun it to verify. https://openqa.suse.de/tests/13655675 FAILED for bsc#1220593 pulseaudio conflict
