Motivation¶

We receive pull requests in active projects like https://github.com/os-autoinst/os-autoinst/pulls or https://github.com/openSUSE/qem-bot/pulls and sometimes PRs became stale because development or conversation or reviews don't proceed which can frustrate new contributors.

Acceptance criteria¶

• AC1: The tools team is aware of the process that ensures that open pull requests in our usual projects are handled in reasonable time

Suggestions¶

• Ask other teams about their approach for "open pull request reminder", okurz asked in https://suse.slack.com/archives/C02CANHLANP/p1705411883913179 > (@Santiago Zarate) you mentioned "open pull request reminder" being active in #team-lsg-qe-core . What would we need to have that in our team channel as well?
• Research best practices and apply those
• Consider extending the daily routine as described on https://progress.opensuse.org/projects/qa/wiki/Tools#Team-meetings
