[BCI] Update 15-SP6 after GA release

Description
Currently we test the BCI repo for 15-SP6 against BCI_TARGET=ibs-cr (i.e. registry.suse.de).
After 15-SP6 becomes GA we need to test the it against registry.suse.com by setting BCI_TARGET=ibs-released

I don't quiet understand this ticket. Can you elaborate?

Because SP6 is not yet GA available we test the repo against registry.suse.de and the BCI_TARGET is set to ibs-cr and once SP6 is GA we need to remove the changes in the job group definition, so we test against registry.suse.com, so the default value will be BCI_TARGET=ibs-released
