Description
There is a new python 3.12 container being created for SP6 going forward. please enable the test automation pipeline for it.

test suite has been enabled for 3.12 testing in https://github.com/SUSE/BCI-tests/pull/373 but we're still waiting for the CI testing pipeline to be setup on the QE side

Here is the PR: https://gitlab.suse.de/qac/container-release-bot/-/merge_requests/227, but not sure how to handle the release project, because SP6 is not yet available to the public.

The MR looks good, however we should wait with merging until the container is available in registry.suse.de - probably next week or the week after in the Release Candidate Phase according to https://confluence.suse.com/display/SUSELinuxEnterpriseServer15SP6/Schedule
