Description

Motivation

In order to test scenarios using RMT/SMT/SCC in openQA we need to take serveral actions.

Scope

Build 44.1

Acceptance criteria

AC1: Perform necessary checks of RMT/SMT/SCC to ensure products in milestone are synced to updates.suse.com
AC2: Trigger with isos post the milestone build for job group Migration: Milestone

Additional information

openQA review is not included in this ticket, for that we follow normal rotation in the squad.

  • Updated the testsuites setting for rmt_import & rmt_export (s/HDD_1=SLES-15-SP5-x86_64-Build44.1@64bit-gnome.qcow2/HDD_1=SLES-15-SP6-x86_64-Build44.1@64bit-gnome.qcow2/) and re-triggered the jobs
  • Sent email to SCC team to create RMT DEV repo of SLES15SP6. Cloned the jobs with setting DEV_PATH='' for case rmt_feature & rmt_chinese. I will submit quick MR or file ticket to update the DEV_PATH setting (s/DEV_PATH=SLE_15_SP5/DEV_PATH=SLE_15_SP6), it dependents on when scc team would create the repo.
  • Fix the issue of rmt server (device has no enough space when mirroring repos), thanks Tina helping with it; Rerun the rmt cases, will continue to check the results tomorrow.

Already done with reviewing the beta2 milestone:
[Milestone jobs for SLES]
[Milestone dev jobs for HPC]
File one new bug: https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1218084 (this issue is not always reproducible in the re-run results)

Submit a [quick mr] to update the DEV_PATH setting mentioned in above comment and retriggered the related jobs.
