Use https://migration-rmt2.qa.suse.de
and https://migration-smt2.qe.nue2.suse.org
To do register at migration milestone job group.
Got error message: https://openqa.suse.de/tests/12892387#step/register_system/6
Failed Certification.
Acceptance criteria
- Do research this is CA problem or https problem
Additional information
- It may CA problem, as user can access 'https://migration-rmt2.qa.suse.de/repo/SUSE/Products/' but it need accept risk

Submit a MR to update the registration url for rmt and smt cases: some cases are using
the old rmt/smt server url, I update these cases to use the new one; And we should test both 'http' and 'https' for rmt/smt cases
