Suggestions

  • Re-trigger pre-deployment pipeline manually
  • Consider alternative approaches, or removing this check
  • Clarify the purpose of the check that OBS is "clean" (OBS lingo meaning there's no inconsistency)
  • Consider triggers based on OBS publishing packages e.g. using Jenkins (if we want that, it's not clear the we really need or want it)

The underlying issue is a bigger OBS problem. There was no publishing going on for 2.5 days, currently being fixed. Monitoring.
