* Consider alternative approaches, or removing this check
* Clarify the purpose of the check that OBS is "clean" (OBS lingo meaning there's no inconsistency)
* Consider triggers based on OBS publishing packages e.g. using Jenkins (if we want that, it's not clear the we really need or want it) approaches
