Motivation

To avoid bsc#1202478 block support image to be published for migration test, we need workaround it.

Failed job: https://openqa.suse.de/tests/12797363#step/patch_sle/151
The failed job is a migration test but in fact this should failed on the job of support image https://openqa.suse.de/tests/12797266#settings, it missed PATTERNS=all.

The simply method for workaround is to add softfail and do not install the patterns of Amazon-Web-Service-Tools.

Acceptance criteria

AC1: Correct the setting of PATTERNS=all for support image job.
AC1: Workaround bsc#1202478 to do not install pattern of 'Amazon-Web-Service-Tools'
