select needs to erase the _meta from links

we shouldn't use linkpac, but generate a _meta and a _link ourselves. The OBS API branch call creates several things we don't want - most noteably links for multiple spec files and taking over _meta from branched package.

looking into the osc code for link_pac, I feel that adding yet another parameter to that function doesn't improve things. We only need to put 2 files
