Description
pushing to openSUSE-Current that is bind mounted in staging and visible area keeps mirrors busy for no good reason. push to a different location and publish similar to TW

totest manager is running now, scripts on pontifex are prepared. need to wait until bind mount vanishes on next reboot.
- % Done changed from 30 to 60
bind mount gone after reboot. Improved ~mirror/bin/publish_distro script
- Subject changed from find better publishing method to Implement rolling development process
- Status changed from In Progress to Closed
- % Done changed from 60 to 100
basically done. Announce still missing but will come.
