Somehow it got resolved for 15-SP5 ? https://openqa.suse.de/tests/14510832
While the original issue is gone, there is same issue on 15-SP4 https://openqa.suse.de/tests/14570344#step/welcome/4
Repo is there, so it should work, but it does not.
No idea where to look to debug this smb issue. There is nothing usable in /var/log/samba/
