Fails since (at least) Build :30573:python-pluggy (current job)

Same test failed at sle-15-SP4-Server-DVD-Incidents-Install-x86_64-:30573:python-pluggy for all arch (aarch64, ppc64le, x86_64)

I cloned the job with my branch in development, some packages can't be installed in parallel, existing code does not handle that.
