Modified the regexp to include both qesap-nfs.qa.suse.cz and qesap-nfs.qe.nue2.suse.org, and to simply label the jobs without force softfailing them.
We continue to monitor the NFS situation and may eventually add a retry command here on auto_review.

As discussed merged https://gitlab.suse.de/openqa/salt-states-openqa/-/merge_requests/996 to temporarily remove SAP job group(s) from hook script evaluation. Added according rollback step to ticket description. Also as discussed in https://suse.slack.com/archives/C02CANHLANP/p1695219271925279?thread_ts=1695218747.093379&cid=C02CANHLANP I removed the currently running openqa-investigate jobs with SQL delete from jobs where state='scheduled' and test like '%SAP%:investigate:%';
