Description

According to https://confluence.suse.com/display/LEONG/Dolomite+Interlock+Questions+and+Assumptions, docker, containerd and nerdctl will be all available and supported in ALP Dolomite, as optional additional container runtime engines next to podman (default).

We should enable our existing test runs for those container engines for ALP.
