Motivation¶
We are missing migration coverage for SLE Micro 5.5 according to the test plan.
ToDo¶
- Setup migration tests for SLE Micro 5.5. An example task (with YAML schedule) is available here.
- The test-scenarios to cover are listed in the master test plan, so we need to cover all versions from 5.1 to 5.4 for migration to 5.5
- In
/hdd/fixedwe have images available, see this comment.
Time urgency¶
RC 1 for SLE Micro 5.5 is September 8, 2023 and GMC is on September 22, 2023. So if we won't make it for RC1, it has to be ready for GMC testing.
Acceptance criteria¶
- AC1: Migration tests for all possible migrations are setup and functional
