sysctl fails in two twst:
Test messages # Sysctl_net_netfilter_nf_conntrack_sctp_timeout_shutdown_recd¶
failure:¶
expected: 0
returned: 3
invalid value: '3', expected '0'
Test messages # Sysctl_net_netfilter_nf_conntrack_sctp_timeout_shutdown_sent¶
failure:¶
expected: 0
returned: 3
Both seem to be intentional, as the kernel's changelog contains:
+- netfilter: set default timeout to 3 secs for sctp shutdown
- send and recv state (bsc#1012628).

oh, I missed that one.. yes, the fix works - but the test failed for other kernel changes already again.
This justifies a new ticket though - even though it's the same test, the error is unrelated to this ticket.
