observation

sometimes needle screenshots don't open, only black arrow appears (see screenshot).

steps to reproduce

problem

happens sometimes, is fixed by reload

workaround

reload page

I can not reproduce and hence can not further investigate the issue. If someone can reproduce it, he could check whether my fix works or provide more information.

We have a hard time reproducing it. I guess only if a developer encounters this "by accident" we can fix it. Until then we can not do anything useful here IMHO.
