Observation

Test is missing test access_beta_distribution, but the main issue is the other archs start after skip_registration from YaST group

openQA test in scenario sle-15-SP6-Full-ppc64le-create_hdd-skip_registration@ppc64le fails in
install_SLES

Test suite description

The base test suite is used for job templates defined in YAML documents. It has no settings of its own.

Test is failing https://openqa.suse.de/tests/11862683 because pvm does not publish qcow2 image.
Working on changes to fix it.
