https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/3462973#investigation shows:

-   "TEST_GIT_HASH" : "9caff9996d8a1d630c2ff3a0db5b397a7d2e8f26",
+   "TEST_GIT_HASH" : "37eda87549bdab6cf491b878a26adcd04f69a4ff",

so the test distribution has changes. But then "test_log" says "No test changes recorded, test regression unlikely" but "test_diff_stat" also shows changes. Also https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/3462973#comment-454969 from openqa-investigate wrongly states "No test changes recorded, test regression unlikely"
