Observation

https://stats.openqa-monitor.qa.suse.de/d/WebuiDb/webui-summary?orgId=1&viewPanel=78&from=1690109148954&to=1690314760447 shows multiple alerts for http response. We know that the system is heavily loaded but until then we need to tweak our alerts to not alert unless something really critical happens.
