Description
Right now I use osc rqlink which is a small helper to check the md5 and links it - but the linking with osc takes over the build flags from devel prj, which is suboptimal as a disable will affect here, but it shouldn't.
Additionally we need to link multiple spec files - but only if they are in different rings, e.g. systemd updates are :Build ring as systemd-rpm-macros is there
