Description
There's no package for Mojolicious currently in Factory, so the package from devel:languages:perl has to be updated (from 4.19 to 4.70) and moved into Factory
It would be nice to have [1] or [2] also packaged. Whichever is easier to package. Not "a must" at all, but would allow us to write more beautiful routes. I already tested [1] using CPAN and local::lib and it works.

It's a pity that among the 86 subpackages of perl-Mojolicious there's no REST plugin. Ok, once I'm finished upgrading the main package I'll package one of those two you mentioned.
After better analyzing the situation, the REST plugins are not really needed at all right now. Just forget about them.
I submitted the package yesterday to openSUSE:Factory (SR 215542). It's currently waiting for acceptance of opensuse-review-team and legal-team. So I'll leave it at 90% until it's completely accepted.
